First 24 Hours

Keeping your lash extensions dry for the initial 24 hours after application is crucial for several reasons:
Adhesive Curing: The adhesive used to attach lash extensions needs time to fully cure and set. Exposing the extensions to moisture too soon can weaken the adhesive bond, causing the extensions to fall off prematurely.
Longevity: Properly dried lash extensions tend to last longer. Allowing them to cure undisturbed for 24 hours ensures they remain securely attached, extending the lifespan of your extensions.

Between Fills

Washing your lashes is a crucial step in maintaining the longevity and hygiene of your lash extensions. Luxe Esthetic’s lash bath is gentle, effective, and ensures that your lashes remain beautiful and free from debris. We recommend using our Luxe Lash Bath and lash brush to carefully clean your lashes. This routine not only removes makeup and dirt in Hawaii’s humidity but also promotes healthy lash growth.

The Essential Do's and Don'ts

Make sure your makeup used around your eye is oil-free. Liquid, gel, charcoal liners, and mascara are highly NOT recommended as they are heavy in oil and will remove your lash extensions.
Heat can also be an unsuspecting enemy of your beloved lash extensions. High temperatures, such as those from hair dryers, saunas, or hot tubs, can weaken the adhesive and cause your extensions to fall out prematurely and lose its curl.
