WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON SERVICES RENDERED. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE, PLEASE NOTIFY LUXE ESTHETICS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF SERVICE DATE WITH ANY PROBLEM AND/OR CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR SERVICE. WE WILL GLADLY CORRECT THE PROBLEM, AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

The level of concern surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus has continued to increase. Luxe Esthetics is committed to the health and safety of our employees, clients, and community. In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. ARRIVING TO THE APPOINTMENT SICK WILL BE DECLINED AND MAY HAVE A FEE.
TO AVOID CANCELLATION FEES AND NO SHOWS, LET US KNOW 12 HOURS IN ADVANCED OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
